I have specialised solely in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015.

I am experienced in advising on a broad range of workplace issues, including grievance and disciplinary matters, as well as redundancy situations and whistleblowing cases. This expertise enables me to ensure my clients are well-positioned to successfully enforce their employment rights.

I offer advice to employees on a wide array of employment law matters, including settlement agreements where I assist in negotiating enhanced exit packages.

I also engage with businesses of all sizes, taking time to understand their desired outcomes from specific situations. I then provide support and guidance to my clients, advising on the most effective strategies and approaches to achieve their goals.

My experience extends to negotiating restrictive covenants, as well as advising and representing both employees and employers in Employment Tribunal cases.

I joined Kilgannon & Partners LLP in December 2021, following its merger with Springhouse Solicitors.
