Marianne is an experienced employment lawyer, advising individuals and employer clients on a wide range of employment law issues including unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination, post-termination restrictions, redundancies, contracts of employment and employee handbooks. Marianne trained at a large regional law firm and joins us from a niche employment law practice. Prior to completing her legal training, Marianne worked as a legal adviser in the not for profit sector. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2015.
