Katy is an experienced employment lawyer with over fifteen years of experience (including at a leading City firm) in both external and internal client facing roles. Her particular specialisms include: corporate transactions in particular TUPE, senior executive service contracts and terminations, plus enforcing restrictive covenants, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and drafting HR policies and procedures. Katy is co-author of “Drafting Service Agreements” second edition (2010) (Bloomsbury Professional). She qualified as a Solicitor in 2000.
