Ben Power
Lead Solicitor
Ben is Springhouse's Director. He has extensive and wide ranging experience as an specialist employment law Solicitor, having worked in-house for the BBC, and latterly for Shoosmiths. He has successfully advised and represented a wide variety of clients, from multi-national businesses to senior executives, and other employees. Ben has also previously been a Barrister, and is an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate.
Ginny Harrison
Lead Solicitor
Ginny is a former Head of Employment Law at HM Revenue and Customs and previously at the Department for Transport. She has an enormous amount of employment law experience as a Solicitor across public service, including with the NHS regulator Monitor and in Brussels. She has also been a partner in private practice. She is a member of the editorial board of the Employment Lawyers Association Briefing Journal.
Judith Rhule
Solicitor
Judith joins us from Veale Wasbrough Vizards, with over a decade's experience as an employment law Solicitor. Judith advises individuals, local authorities and businesses. She also has experience in advising charity sector employers and has worked for a number of years as an in-house Solicitor for Leonard Cheshire Disability, and in private practice with Thompsons Solicitors.
Lynda Lawson
Solicitor
Lynda specialises in company and commercial law and provides expert legal advice in these aspects of our service. She has extensive experience advising, amongst other things, on business restructures and drafting shareholders' agreements, partnership and LLP agreements, and commercial terms. She has worked as a specialist Solicitor for over a decade supporting clients of varying size and from a diverse range of business sectors.
