Mediation
New ACAS rules put a heavy emphasis on workplace mediation as a way of dealing with workplace disputes and potential Employment Tribunal claims.
We are able to provide a mediation service either directly or, if we are handling your case, through our associates. Mediation can neutralise difficult situations and stand you in good stead should an Employment Tribunal claim be brought. In terms of our mediation services we aim to be:
