Handling Grievances
If a member of staff has raised a complaint or grievance, rather than panic and risk saying the wrong thing, contact us. We can explain whether there is any substance in the complaint and, more importantly, how to handle it. Mediation
New ACAS rules put a heavy emphasis on workplace mediation as a way of dealing with grievances and potential Employment Tribunal claims. We are able to provide a mediation service either directly or, if we are handling your case, through our associates. Mediation can neutralise difficult situations and stand you in good stead should an Employment Tribunal claim be brought. In terms of our mediation services we aim to be:

Employment Tribunals
If you are on the receiving end of an Employment Tribunal claim, we have the expertise and experience to see the case through from beginning to end. In the majority of cases we will either persuade the employee to withdraw their claim or settle on terms that are acceptable to you. Should the case proceed to a hearing we will probably not need to involve the additional cost of barristers, as we are able to appear for you in the Employment Tribunal ourselves. We can be tough when required and will do what it takes to fight your corner.
